Thanks for taking this on. We just bought Okta and want our main system, FleetDesk (our dispatch and shipment tracker), connected to it before our cyber-insurance renewal. Here is what we need:

1. One login. Staff should sign into FleetDesk through Okta. No more separate FleetDesk passwords.
2. Day-one access. When HR adds someone, they should have a working FleetDesk account on their first day without anyone in Ops touching FleetDesk. Two people start Monday: Aisha Rahman (Dispatch) and Kevin O'Brien (Drivers).
3. Same-day cut-off. When someone leaves, their FleetDesk access must stop the same day.
4. Roles from groups. Permissions should follow the person's team:
   • Operations managers (Lisa, Andre) and me → Admin
   • Dispatch → Dispatcher
   • Finance → Finance
   • Drivers → Driver (they should only see their own loads)
   • Everyone else, including Tom → Viewer
5. Clean up first. I'm fairly sure some people who left still have FleetDesk accounts (Derek Lund left in June, Tanya Briggs in August). There's also a shared "dispatch desk" login the night shift uses that I'd like gone. Please tell me what you find.
6. Keep a way in. If Okta goes down we still need to get into FleetDesk somehow.
7. Write it up. A one-page summary of what you set up and how we add or remove people from now on.

Our HR roster is attached. It's the source of truth for who works here.

FleetDesk's admin login is fd-admin. Our office manager will send you the password separately.
